Our story so far

Long Walk is the story of 2 old friends who met when the world was opening up after the Covid pandemic, and after a 4 hour walk with one of their dogs, and came back having started a speciality coffee roaster!

The idea started when Colin got stuck in Australia in 2020 when the world closed down due to Covid. What started as a frustration became an inspiration, when he started visiting some of the best coffee shops and roasters Sydney has to offer. By the time they returned to Scotland, Colin was fully immersed in the world of speciality coffee roasting.

The new found obsession would not be dampened, and when Colin needed support to turn his dream of roasting amazing coffee into a reality, he knew exactly where to turn.

A quick call to Gareth, followed by the aforementioned 'Long Walk', and the rest, as the say, is history...tasty, tasty history...
