Owned by 4th generation farmers the Juan and his Son Juan Diego during their stewardship of the the estate El Socorro has become renewed for their Quality coffee through strict quality control measures.
the Farm also boasts an ecological wet mill which recycles the water used to pulp the cherries. the water is then cleaned and returned to the forest.
